I am delighted to write about the excellent service I have had from PC Experts. They have been consistently reliable, professional, and have made themselves available at short notice if need be. As well as this, their prices have always been reasonable and they have given me impartial advice about the most cost-effective IT equipment to buy if I have needed to do so. They have always been efficient and have quickly solved any problem. If there have been more challenging issues, they have persisted until they are fixed, and have always shown a genuine interest in sorting things out. As well as this they have a down-to-earth attitude and are never patronising or use jargon. On the odd occasion we have had an 'emergency" - (e.g. a virus wiping out a presentation the night before it was needed, or laptop content suddenly 'disappearing'), they have responded calmly and promptly to fix the problem. On one occasion this involved coming round at 9.00pm and on another occasion they fixed my laptop "remotely' whilst I was in The South Island!
